Unlike most other banks that are closing branches, Chase is actively expanding its branch footprint across the country. It is transforming them from places to only do transactions, to places to seek advice and information. To demonstrate its commitment to the communities it is opening up in, Chase decided to feature residents that truly represented the culture, diversity and personality of the neighborhoods of new branches. We developed the creative strategy, the landing page, campaign and media plan.
