As fintech becomes mainstream, and consumers expect modern and engaging experiences from every brand they have, Chase saw an opportunity to build an offering designed for Gen Z and young millennials. Based on the insight that Gen Z as a generation is taking control of their own financial lives, Finn by Chase was a mobile-only bank designed to help them bank the way they wanted. With autosave rules to help achieve goals to visualizations that gave insights into spending patterns, Finn by Chase gave consumers a fresh way to manage money, with the peace of mind and security of the nation’s largest bank.
