After a two-year marketing hiatus, Chase came back strong in the hyper competitive cash back credit card market. To break through and capture consumer attention in social media, we created a full-funnel campaign designed to stop people from scrolling and pay attention. Kevin Hart flexed his talent (and muscles) to bring the concept of “Always Earning” to life, lending his personality as an earnings trainer helping consumers find and take pride in everyday savings. The campaign ran primarily on Facebook and Instagram, leading to a significantly higher than expected number of new customer acquisitions.
