Then L’Oreal Paris asked us to launch their new Advanced Haircare product line through social media, we found a unique way to showcase the brand’s expertise. Through social listening, we learned that millions of consumers around the world were actively discussing haircare issues on Twitter. From fixing split ends to dealing with frizzy hair in humid conditions, there were myriad questions they sought answers for. So, we built the world’s first hair consultation service delivered through Twitter. All consumers needed to do was tweet using #AskHairGenius, and our team of experts would provide product-agnostic advice that demonstrated L’Oreal’s deep expertise in the field, and provide a more meaningful way for consumers to interact with the brand.
